Bader Saville offer recruitment services, specializing in providing the perfect fit of high quality Financial Services people to often demanding timescales. They deliver highly experienced, outstanding people that have been personally endorsed by directors who take a pivotal role in critical change projects, specialising in Financial Services.
Tony required a new brand to better reflect their offer, and look more professional in a very competitive sector. Working through brand strategy, it was important the brand looked trusted, established yet modern, expressing quality and looking very professional.
We created a unique emblem for Bader Saville. The main letterform is a strong B, with the S subtly integrated within the same form. By adding two simple white lines it highlights the form of the S. The letterform is solid and strong, giving presence. The font selected is a beautiful clean sans serif font that is clean and simple, utilizing two font weights to create a lovely contrast with Bader and Saville.
We selected charcoal and yellow for the brand. The yellow adding a feeling of confidence, with an element of fun that Tony wanted as part of his brand personality. This balances beautifully with the charcoal, grounding the yellow, adding an element of professional seriousness, but with a modern touch. The logo looks striking reversed out of the charcoal, allowing the yellow and white to pop.
We designed a brochure as a key sales tool, with a key objective of generating new business. Strong use of charcoal with highlights in yellow, the brochure has a very clean and streamlined look. With minimal copy it allows key information shine. As you open the brochure it reveals strong and emotive black and white photos. We wanted photography to add emotion to the brochure. Selecting photos of people with natural, large smiles, giving the reader a sense of happiness that working with Bader Saville will bring.

We worked with tony to create a new brand that better reflected what he did. Stage two was to create a new online presence, giving both target audiences, potential clients and potential candidates the information they needed to want to work with Bader Saville. The purpose of the website was basically to be an online new business tool.
The website design needed to reflect the brochure so we started with a solid charcoal background which has high impact and gives a feeling of a strong, confident and professional website. The navigation and contact details site cleanly at the top of the page. We love the large intro statement to help the user gather a quick slice of what they are about. We added a subtle diagonal line behind to link this area to the image. The image showcases people, since this is what recruitment is all about. The whole website is beautifully clean and very easy to use.
